A reinterpretation of "pointilism"?
Brings a little bit of my knowledge of Newspapers and half-tones, screening to mind.

The picture can alternately draw you to focus on the minutiae of how you created the work - the X's, O's, Squares, and Dots; and then to de-focus, step back, and appreciate those historic, famous, pouty, seductress lips.

I can hear her singing "Happy Birthday, Mr. President" to JFK.
